This website (maria-gid.ru) is the business card of self-employed Kalyabina Maria Evgenyevna (TIN 760902243506). The site does not store visitors’ personal data on its servers: there is no registration, no comments, no subscriptions and no enquiry forms. Technical request data may be processed by the server in memory (for example, to protect against abuse), but is not written to disk.

As no personal data is stored on the site, registration as a personal-data processing operator with Roskomnadzor (Russia’s data protection authority) is not required.

You contact the guide directly via messengers and provide your data voluntarily through the channel you choose.

The site uses no cookies of its own; anonymous visit statistics are not collected at present — the Yandex.Metrica counter is disabled (if it is re-enabled, a banner will appear at the bottom of the page and consent will be requested before it loads). The site does not request or store personal data (name, phone, email).

Booking a tour happens directly via WhatsApp, Telegram, Max, email or Avito (the “Message on Avito” button in the Contacts section and the “Avito” button in the “How would you like to book?” window). When you get in touch, you voluntarily share your contact details (name, phone number, etc.) with the guide through the channel you choose.

Any further processing of this data is governed by the consent you give while corresponding and is not carried out by this website. Personal data is not transferred to third parties, and no cross-border transfer takes place.

Third-party services are used to display certain elements:

• Яндекс.Карты / Yandex.Maps — Yandex.Maps — when the meeting-point map loads, Yandex processes technical data (it may also set its own cookies);
• Авито / Avito — Avito — the Reviews section displays reviews from the guide’s public Avito accounts. Reviews are published by their authors publicly on Avito and reproduced here with a link to the source: every review carries an “Avito 1” or “Avito 2” badge that leads to the reviews page of the account it belongs to. This site’s visitors’ data is not shared with Avito. The Contacts section also has a “Message on Avito” button that opens the guide’s services page on Avito; visits via the badges and this button go to the Avito website, where data processing is governed by Avito’s own policy;
• WhatsApp, Telegram, Max — WhatsApp, Telegram, Max — open only when you explicitly click the contact buttons; visitors’ data is not stored on this site’s servers.
• Mail.ru — Mail.ru — the service hosting the contact address (mashoot.ka@mail.ru).

Data processing by the services above is governed by their own policies. The site does not control them and does not pass visitors’ personal data to them.

The site is hosted by a provider that may technically record IP addresses and request logs in accordance with its rules. The site does not use this data to identify visitors.
